Attached, Detached, or Converted ADUs are permitted in Lloyd.

Parking:

There are no additional parking requirements.

Size:

The accessory apartment floor area can not exceed 650 square feet.

Rental Use:

Accessory apartments can be used for short-term and long-term rentals.

Other Requirements:

Owner occupancy is required.

There can be a maximum of one bedroom or a studio.
