At least one additional off-street parking space shall be provided for an accessory apartment.

Size:

The accessory apartment floor area can not exceed 800 square feet.

Rental Use:

Accessory Apartments can't be used as short-term rentals.

Other Requirements:

Owner occupancy is required. At the time of the application for a building permit for an ADU, the owner is required to submit an affidavit stating that the owner resides on the premises.
